What do I know?
My wife was diagnosed with arthritis in high school, she was using prescribed and over the counter anti-inflammatory medications all through high school and college. (ibprofin, naproxen, more on prescriptions here.)
As the arthritis continued to worsen, particularly during colder months, she would have to take medication all day long just to get through the day.
Sometimes, her legs would be so stiff and painful she could barely get out of bed in the morning.
After I convinced her to start using cannabis her pain started to decrease and her mobility greatly improved. She rarely needs any over-the-counter, or prescription meds.
Cannabis is the oldest recorded medicinal herb used to treat joint swelling and inflammation. When considering using cannabis as a natural treatment for inflammation, most people are looking for a non-psychoactive way to use cannabis.
Juicing raw vegetative cannabis leaves,
is one method of treatment growing in popularity with promising potential. Testimonials suggest juicing cannabis may increase RA remission.
Although official medical research is still very limited, there are multiple reputable sources from various countries with successful treatment reports of RA and other types of arthritis using cannabis.
Cannabis may one day be a legitimate, un-stigmatized, and a de-criminalized natural resource used to treat not only many types of arthritis, but many disabling and debilitating conditions that affect so many of us.
Some great sources of information I read during my research;
